My group is full. Where is access?
Access details are sent manually during support hours. If your group fills overnight, it may be reviewed the next morning.
I paid but my slot did not update.
Refresh the page first. If it still does not update, contact support with your Paystack reference.
Can I reserve more than one slot?
Yes. If you already joined a group, choose Reserve another slot when prompted.
When are links sent?
Links are sent after a group fills and is reviewed. Overnight access may arrive the next morning.
Will I stay in the same group next month?
Same-group renewal is not guaranteed. Renew early for the best chance of continuity. Late renewals may be assigned to another available group.
What happens to my history inside the service?
Before access expires, remove personal files, prompts, watch history, saved work, downloads, or activity from the external service. SubSplit cannot delete data inside third-party platforms.
When should I renew?
Renew before your 30-day cycle ends if you want the best chance of keeping access without interruption.
