Your privacy on SubSplit.

This Privacy Policy explains how SubSplit collects, uses, and protects information when you use our website, sign in, join subscription groups, make payments, contact support, or submit a plan for review.

Short version

We use your information to operate SubSplit, verify payments, manage subscription groups, send account and payment emails, provide support, and improve the service. We do not sell your personal data.

Information we collect

  • Account information such as your email address, name, Google profile information, and user ID.
  • Subscription group information such as the plans you reserve, group IDs, slot counts, access status, and renewal notices.
  • Payment information such as Paystack payment references, payment status, amount, currency, and verification records.
  • Support and form information such as messages you send, listed-plan submissions, contact details, and replies.
  • Basic technical information such as device/browser details, page activity, and logs needed to keep the service working.

How we use information

  • To create and manage your SubSplit account.
  • To confirm payments and reserve subscription group slots.
  • To send payment confirmations, welcome emails, renewal reminders, and access-related notices.
  • To help support users and investigate failed payments or access issues.
  • To review submitted plans and decide whether they are suitable for SubSplit.
  • To protect SubSplit from abuse, fraud, spam, and misuse.

Payments

Payments are processed through Paystack. SubSplit does not store your full card details. We store payment references and verification results so we can confirm successful payments, reserve slots, and support users if a payment issue occurs.

Emails and notifications

We may send emails related to signup, payment confirmation, group access, renewal reminders, support, and important service updates. Some emails may be sent through email service providers such as Resend or Zoho Mail.

Third-party services

SubSplit uses services such as Supabase for authentication/database, Paystack for payments, Resend or Zoho Mail for email, Netlify for hosting, Google for sign-in, and Cloudflare for domain/email routing. These providers may process information needed to provide their services.

External subscription platforms

SubSplit may coordinate access to third-party subscription platforms. We cannot control privacy or activity history inside those external platforms. Before your access expires or your slot is reassigned, remove personal files, prompts, watch history, saved work, downloads, profiles, or activity you do not want left inside the external service.

Data sharing

We do not sell user data. We may share information only when needed to operate SubSplit, process payments, send emails, provide support, comply with law, prevent abuse, or protect users and the platform.

Your choices

You can contact us to ask about your account information, request corrections, or request deletion where legally and operationally possible. Some payment and transaction records may need to be kept for security, accounting, dispute, or legal reasons.
