Clear rules for shared access.
SubSplit helps people discover and coordinate access to shared subscriptions. We are not affiliated with Netflix, Spotify, YouTube, Canva, Microsoft, OpenAI, Apple, Adobe, or any other listed service unless clearly stated.
Important compatibility note
Some services restrict account, household, family, team, or seat sharing. For example, some family or household plans may require members to live at the same address. Users and anyone who lists a subscription are responsible for following the terms of the service they list or join.
Rights owner or service provider contact
If you own or represent a service listed on SubSplit and want a listing, mark, image, or page removed, contact us at support@joinsubsplit.com. Include the service name, the page or listing involved, and the reason for the request. We will review and remove or adjust listings where appropriate.
User responsibilities
- Only list or join subscriptions you are allowed to share under the provider's rules.
- Do not share passwords, private credentials, or access details outside the people it is intended for.
- Understand that access can be affected by a provider's household, region, seat, or verification rules.
- Before your access period ends, remove personal files, prompts, watch history, saved work, downloads, profiles, or activity you do not want left inside the external service.
- Contact support with your payment reference if a payment succeeds but your order does not update.
Access periods
Each SubSplit order gives access for the duration you chose at checkout unless clearly stated otherwise. At the end of that period, access may expire unless you renew. Renewing early gives you the best chance of keeping the same access, but renewal on the same account is not guaranteed.
External service history
SubSplit cannot guarantee deletion of activity stored inside third-party platforms. If your access expires or you do not renew on time, your access, profile, or seat may be reassigned. Users should remove personal data from the external service before expiry.
Privacy basics
We use account information, payment references, subscription access, and notifications to operate SubSplit, confirm payments, support users, and manage your subscriptions. We do not sell user data. Payment verification is handled through Paystack and sensitive payment secrets are kept server-side.
Support hours
Orders are reviewed and access details are sent during support hours. Manual deliveries placed overnight may arrive the next morning.
Partner Program terms
Approved SubSplit Partners agree to the following:
- You earn a percentage commission (default 20%) on the realized profit from every successful payment made by users you refer, for as long as those users continue paying. Commission rate is stored on your Partner account and may be adjusted by SubSplit admin with notice.
- Realized profit is defined as: customer payment minus Paystack transaction fee minus SubSplit's cost for that subscription. You earn on profit, not on gross revenue.
- Commissions are credited to your SubSplit Wallet in a "pending" state for 14 days after each payment, then become withdrawable. This window protects both sides against refunds and chargebacks.
- If a referred user's payment is refunded or reversed, the corresponding commission is automatically reversed from your wallet.
- You may not refer yourself, use bots or fake accounts to inflate clicks or signups, or promote SubSplit through misleading claims. Doing so may result in suspension of your Partner account and forfeiture of pending earnings.
- Withdrawals are sent to your on-file Nigerian bank account via Paystack Transfers after admin review. Minimum withdrawal is ₦1,000.
- SubSplit may suspend or revoke Partner status at any time for material breach of these terms, prolonged inactivity, or platform-safety reasons. Suspension does not automatically forfeit earned withdrawable balance; contact support to withdraw any remaining balance after suspension.
- These Partner terms may be updated with reasonable notice. Continued use of your referral link after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
