How do I get access after I pay?
As soon as your payment is confirmed we deliver your access. You get the details on your account page and by email. Anything activated by hand is done during support hours.
Are there eligibility or address requirements?
Yes. Spotify Premium Family requires all plan members to reside at the same address and meet Spotify's eligibility criteria. Availability can depend on your account's country and address. This is Spotify's own requirement and is not something SubSplit controls.
Is this the same as the existing Spotify offering?
No. This is a standalone Spotify Premium Family plan. It is a separate product from any other Spotify subscription offered by SubSplit and is only available on the international (non-Nigeria) storefront.
What if my access stops working?
