How do I get access after I pay?

Does my X account need to meet any requirements?

Yes. X has eligibility requirements for gifted subscriptions. Your account must: not already have an active X Premium or Premium+ subscription; be active and have posted within the last 30 days; not have changed its display name, username, or profile picture in the last 3 days; have a display name and profile photo; have a confirmed phone number and 2FA enabled; and have no history of platform manipulation, spam, or deceptive practices. We cannot deliver the gift if your account does not meet these requirements.

What happens if my account is not eligible?

If your account does not meet X's eligibility requirements, the gift cannot be delivered. If delivery fails due to ineligibility, contact support and we will work with you on a resolution — but we cannot guarantee delivery to an ineligible account.

What is my X username?

Your X username is the handle shown on your profile starting with @ (for example, @yourusername). Enter it without the @ symbol when you check out.

What if my access stops working?
